Welcome to my Website

I chose Excel Realty & Mortgage because of their commitment and reputation to exceptional customer service. After working for several other real estate companies, I am convinced that Excel Realty & Mortgage is the company I want to represent.  There’s a reason Excel Realty & Mortgage is one of the fastest growing independently owned real estate and mortgage companies in Northern California.

Professional Background

With over 30 years’ experience as an owner of two successful businesses, a trade in building construction and a career in real estate sales, my clients trust in my attention to detail and are more than satisfied with my personalized customer service.  I have always been passionate about working diligently to “go that extra mile” to help my customers with their needs.  It’s just who I am.

Working as a Manager & Director of Building Operations in independent and assisted living facilities, I have gained the knowledge and understanding from helping others 55+ with their concerns, priorities, and needs.  That is why I became certified as a “Seniors Real Estate Specialist” with the National Association of Real Estate.

Personal Background

I’ve spent over 10 years as a volunteer coach for my daughter’s fastpitch softball team as well as heading up many successful fundraisers.  At my church, I played bass guitar in the music ministry for several years.  Currently I volunteer with the Citizens Patrol where I reside in Sun City Roseville.

I enjoy playing golf, dancing and now playing on the Sun City Men’s Softball league representing Team Excel Realty & Mortgage!  The funny thing is, when I started playing on the team, I was working for another real estate company! It goes to show that life throws us many curve balls!

My wife & I enjoy being grandparents and spending quality time with our family and friends.

After giving much thought to my slogan, I believe it represents what I do…

”I will always have your best interest at heart.”
